Return Policies

Faulty Items (Standard 12 month warranty)

In the unlikely event that there is a quality defect that causes the product to be unacceptable or unusable during the 12 months after delivery the product may be returned to the manufacturer under warranty. Once the product has been inspected they will either repair the item or offer full credit (not including any shipping costs) towards ordering a replacement or it may be used against any other product in our store.


If you experience any problem with a product bought from Telesys-market, contact us in the first instance and we will assist you every step of the way. Any returns must be discussed with us in advance and authorized so they are sent with the correct paperwork. Any item returned without the correct authorisation will not be accepted and will be returned to sender.

Goods sold on a Business-to-Business basis may only be returned if proved to be faulty

All returned items must be in a like-new condition, securely packed for shipment in the original box, with all accessories, manuals and/or cds included.

Once your return has been received by Telesys-market at our address a full refund will be processed and will be received within 30 days.

In the event of any returned goods, your shipping costs returning the products to either ourselves or to the manufacturer (in the case of a warranty issue) are payable by you, and will not be compensated by Telesys-market.

Physical damage to a product caused by the user; opening products up, e.g. to repair or modify components; or flashing the firmware or using non-approved software - invalidates any warranty given.
