Indications
Symptomatic treatment of venolymphatic insufficiency (heaviness in the legs, pain, night cramps, edema, trophic disorders, including varicose ulcers).
Symptomatic treatment of hemorrhoids.
Contraindications
Hypersensitivity to the active or any excipient.
Interaction with other medicinal products and other forms of interaction
Interaction studies have not been conducted. During the post-registration use of the drug, no clinically significant drug interactions have been reported so far.
Application Features
The use of this drug in acute hemorrhoids does not replace specific therapy and does not interfere with the treatment of other proctological diseases. If during a short course of treatment the symptoms do not disappear quickly, a proctological examination should be carried out and therapy should be reviewed.
In case of venous circulation disorders, a combination of therapy is more effective in compliance with the following lifestyle recommendations:
- avoid too long exposure to the sun, prolonged stay on the legs, overweight;
- walk and in some cases wear special stockings to improve blood circulation.

Detralex ® contains less than 1 mmol sodium (23 mg) per tablet, i.e. almost sodium-free.
Dosage and administration
For oral use.
Assigned to adults.
Venolymphatic insufficiency.
The recommended dose is 2 tablets per day, 1 tablet in the afternoon and 1 tablet in the evening with meals. After a week of use, you can take 2 tablets per day once with meals.
Hemorrhoidal disease.
Treatment of episodes of acute hemorrhoids: 6 tablets per day for 4 days, then 4 tablets per day for the next 3 days. Take with meals. Divide the daily number of tablets into 2-3 doses. Maintenance therapy - 2 tablets per day.
The duration of therapy is determined by the doctor depending on the indications for use and the course of the disease.
Children
There are no data on the use of the drug Detralex ® in children.
