Delivery of your goods

Sending of goods is carried out within 2-5 days after receipt of payment and sent via airmail with tracking of the location of the parcel and shipment without a mandatory signature. When choosing delivery through courier services with a mandatory signature, you will be charged an additional fee. Regardless of the payment method you choose, you can track the status of your order online.

Shipping costs include handling, packaging and postage. Processing costs are fixed, while shipping costs may vary depending on the weight of the package. We advise you to combine orders. We will not be able to combine two separate orders and shipping will be calculated for each of them. Sending the goods will be on your responsibility, but we will take care of the safety of fragile goods.

The boxes are of the optimal size and with good blood protection.

Purchase returns.

You can return all your purchased goods, provided that the packaging of the goods has not been broken and there is no use of the goods.
