Pharmacological properties
pharmacodynamics . Vinilin (Shostakovsky Balm) has an antimicrobial effect, promotes wound cleansing, tissue regeneration and epithelization.
Pharmacokinetics . The antiseptic effect is due to the ability of the drug to dehydrate microbial cells, causing protein coagulation and death of microbial cells. As a result of restoration, foci of necrosis are replaced with specific and/or connective (has a high regeneration potential) tissue.
Indications Vinilin
boils, carbuncles, trophic ulcers, purulent wounds, mastitis, soft tissue injuries, burns, frostbite, dermatitis and inflammatory skin diseases.
Application of Vinylin
Vinilin is prescribed for wetting napkins and directly applying to the affected surface in pure form or in the form of a 20% solution in peach or other vegetable oils or in ointments. Frequency of use: 3–5 times a day.
